肝腺瘤功能性基因表达分析
Analyses of functional genes expressions in hepatic adenoma tissue
【摘要】 目的:分析肝腺瘤相关的功能性基因表达情况,了解肝腺瘤与瘤旁正常肝细胞的功能差异。方法:收集手术切除病理确诊为肝腺瘤的瘤体组织及瘤旁正常肝组织,采用免疫组织化学检测肝腺瘤和瘤旁正常组织中ALB、P450、CK18、甲胎蛋白基因表达情况,进一步分析肝腺瘤与瘤旁正常肝细胞的功能状况。结果:体现肝细胞合成和解毒等重要功能的ALB、P450在肝腺瘤和瘤旁正常肝组织中均有较强表达(均>50%),成熟肝上皮细胞表面标志CK18在肝腺瘤及瘤旁正常肝组织中也均有较强表达,而甲胎蛋白表达阴性。结论:肝腺瘤及瘤旁正常肝组织在合成及解毒等方面功能相近。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the functional genes expressions and functions in hepatic adenoma tissue.Methods All tissues were collected from the hepatic adenoma patients who underwent surgery and pathologically confirmed.The expressions of ALB,P450,CK18 and AFP in hepatic adenoma and normal liver tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry,in order to analyze the liver functions of the hepatic adenoma and normal liver tissue.Results The high expressions of ALB and P450,which contribute to the liver synthetic and detoxicant function,were found in hepatic adenoma and normal liver tissue.The expressions of CK18,mark of mature hepato-epithelial cell,were strong in hepatic adenoma and normal liver tissue.The expressions of AFP were negative in all tissues.Conclusion The liver function of hepatic adenoma is close to that of normal liver tissue.
