第三次分配的非正式制度缺失及构建——以共同富裕为视角
Disappearance and Structuring of Informal System of Third Distribution——From Perspective of Common Prosperity
【摘要】 分析了我国在设计和制定第三次分配发展的制度上存在一些问题,从非正式制度方面研究了如何改善第三次分配的方法和途径。
【Abstract】 The problems exist in the design anddevelopments of the third distribution system are analyzed. The ways of how to improve the third distribution are studied from the aspect of informal system.
