【摘要】 目的探讨血液透析患者一体化护理模式的应用与效果。方法对106例常规血液透析患者实施一体化护理模式,比较实施前后透析患者并发症发生率、健康指导效果、血管通路穿刺成功率、血流量达标率及并发症发生率、患者满意度评分。结果实施一体化护理模式前后两组患者满意度、穿刺成功率、血流量达标率、高钾血症、加透次数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者实施一体化护理模式,使每例患者都有自己的责任护士,每个护士都有自己的分管患者。提高了遵医行为,改善了患者的生存质量,此模式体现了整体护理的工作内涵,对患者早日康复,回归社会起到促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore application and effect of hemodialysis patients nursing mode of integration.Methods In 106 patients with conventional hemodialysis patients before and after the implementation of integrated nursing care model,comparison of dialysis patients with complication rates,health instruction,vascular access puncture success rate,blood flow rate and incidence of complications,patient satisfaction score.Results Implementation of integrative nursing before and after the two groups of patients′satisfaction,puncture success rate,blood flow rate,hyperkalemia,and penetration frequency comparison,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis patients with implementation of the integration of nursing mode,so that each patient has its own responsibility of nurses,nurse each have their own in patients.Improving compliance,improve the patient′s quality of life,this pattern reflects the overall nursing work connotation,on the early rehabilitation of patients return to society,to play a role in promoting.更多还原
