【摘要】 传统的球类教学法不易于调动学生的学习积极性,教学效果不佳。根据球类项目基本技术的特点,利用近三年时间实践研究,提出了球类教学"X+Y"模拟训练模式,并针对高校球类教学开展较普及的项目进行实践与数据统计。实验证明"X+Y"模拟训练法的教学效果明显优于传统教学法,能够提高教学效率和教学质量,调动学生学习积极性和主动性,促进高校球类教学改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional ball game teaching method cannot arouse the students’interest in learning and proves to be ineffective.By three years’practice study,"X + Y"simulation training method is created to teach according to the basic technical characteristics of some ball games.Meanw hile,the authors also made some practice and data statistic in popular ball game teaching in university.It proves to be better than the traditional method and is helpful in promoting teaching quality and efficiency,bringing the enthusiasm and activity into the student learning,and promoting college ball game teaching reform.更多还原
