【摘要】 为提高高端技能型人才的培养水平,高等职业院校在院、系两级管理体制下,逐步建立了基于岗位核心的"实操单元集成"式实践教学系统,但存在建设重点不清晰、管理体系不完整和运行监控不严密等问题。当前,高等职业院校应以对实践教学系统的系统要素、结构、功能分析为基础,建设"虚实结合、一般集约、高端共享"的院本硬件资源,本着"不求所有、但求所用"的原则,大力建设"厂中校"、"校中厂";廓清和理顺院系两级在实践教学系统建设与管理中的职能;建立全面化、文件化、数字化的管理体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the college and department management system,higher vocational and technical colleges established practical education systems based on post core in order to improve the performance of cultivating high-tech talents.This is a cell-based integrated practical operational system,but it has some problems,such as that,the key points have not been caught,and the management system may be not complete,and the monitor of education may be not rigorous.So higher vocational and technical colleges should analysis these factors,structure,and functions of their practical education systems,and then establish platforms which are combined with simulative and actual experiments.As to the actual parts,they do lower-level ones at scale and higher-level ones jointly.At the same time,they contribute to the construction of " factory in colleges" and " college in factories".Meanwhile they define the functions of college and department in construction and management of practical education.Finally they can develop an all-sided documental digitizing management system.更多还原
