【摘要】 介绍了地方院校实验教学示范中心实验室半开放模式下节假日开放安全管理。分析指出在半开放模式下实验室开放管理的难点:开放时间多在节假日,相对集中;参加的师生人数较多,学生素质参差不齐,管理人员短缺;课题题材广,涉及的仪器设备,实验条件要求多样等。针对实验室安全管理的难度;由此提出对策:加强管理,增加实验室开放面积;按开放课题内容,分类开放各种实验室;引入指导教师值班制度,解决管理人员短缺的问题;增加开放前的实验室安全培训、通过各种实验室安全知识竞赛,加强学生实验室安全意识;加强仪器使用培训,持证才能上机;以此满足半开放模式下的实验室安全管理要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the security management of experimental teaching demonstration centers in local colleges and universities in holidays.It pointed out the difficulties in the management of the "semi-open" laboratories.Since it is in holidays,more participants,both teachers and students,conduct their experiments in a relatively concentrative time.Hence,there is a lack of managers.Moreover,since the experiments are of different disciplines,there is a demand for a diversity of the equipments and experimental conditions.Aimed at these characteristics,this paper proposed some measures to handle these issues,which prove to be effective in the security management of experimental teaching demonstration centers in local colleges and universities in holidays.更多还原
