【摘要】 独立学院经过十几年的发展已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,为国家培养了大批应用型人才。伴随着独立学院的发展,在师资队伍建设、实验教学资源建设和管理等方面存在的普遍问题已经成为制约其进一步发展的瓶颈。独立学院师资队伍建设采取校内政策扶植培养年轻教师的同时,还应充分利用社会资源缓解师资不足的压力。独立学院应本着培养应用型人才的办学宗旨在实验教学资源建设和管理上做好资源整合,强化资源共享,提高资源利用率。更多还原
