【摘要】 实践教学对培养学生创新能力方面起着至关重要的作用,为了提高实践教学管理水平,培养高质量创新人才,在分析目前实践教学管理中存在问题的基础上,结合河南理工大学实践教学管理的改革实践,适时提出了深化实践教学管理模式和改革的具体措施,即构建多层次实验教学平台,推进实验室开放工作,改革实验系列人员考核分配办法,改革实验教学内容与方法,重视大学生课外科技创新活动和校企合作建设校外实践教育基地等,并提出了转变思想观念、创新实验教学内容方法和手段、改善实验教学条件等下一步改进的方法和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Practical teaching plays an important part in the cultivation of students’ innovative ability.Based on the analysis of the problems in practical teaching management at present,this paper proposed the measures taken by Henan Polytechnic University to reform and improve practical teaching management,such as construction of multi-level experimental teaching platforms,reform of the laboratory management,reform of the evaluation system for laboratory technicians,reform of the experimental contents and methods,emphasizing students’ extracurricular innovation,establishing practical teaching bases by the cooperation between the university and enterprises,etc..更多还原
