基于磁通门的钢缆损伤检测
Damage Detection of Steel Rope Based on Fluxgate
【摘要】 根据钢缆在不同的损伤状况下对磁通具有不同的影响,采用磁通门技术检测出钢缆的磁能信号,并根据不同的损伤情况下,磁能信号表现出来的不同特征进行分析,判断出钢缆的内部损伤情况。使用磁通门技术,不仅解决了弱磁信号的检测问题,而且放大了弱磁信号幅度,提高了信号的检测灵敏度。实践证明,基于磁通门技术的钢缆损伤检测具有灵敏度高、信号直观、制作方便和成本低的特点,具有应用及推广意义。
【Abstract】 Fluxgate technology was used to detect the magnetic signal of steel ropes,and the inner damage in steel ropes were determined by analyzing the signals according to their different features under different damages.The fluxgate technology not only solves the problem of detection of weak magnetic signals,but also amplifies the amplitude of weak magnetic signals,improves the sensitivity of signal detection.Practice proves that damage detection of steel ropes based on fluxgate technology is highly sensitive,intuitive,convenient and inexpensive,which is of important significance in application and popularization.
