纯铜表面激光熔覆Ni基合金涂层组织与性能

【摘要】 为了提高铜的耐磨性,通过预置粉末,采用Nd:YAG激光器在纯铜基体上进行了激光熔覆Ni基合金涂层的试验。通过SEM对熔覆层和熔覆层与基体结合区的形貌和微观组织进行了研究,并对熔覆层的硬度、耐磨性进行了测定。结果表明,熔覆层呈典型的快速凝固特征,组织良好,可以对基体提供强防护作用;含一定质量分数的Cu的镍基合金表现为胞状组织,含B、Si的Ni基合金组织表现为网状枝晶结构;铜表面Ni基熔覆层硬度较铜基材明显提高,室温干滑动摩擦磨损性能均较Cu基材明显提高。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the wear resistance of copper,by initializing powder process and using Nd:YAG laser,research and test were conducted on Ni-based alloy coating on pure copper substrate.The hardness and wear resistance of the cladding layer were tested and specified by studying the shape and microstructure of the cladding layer and the combination area between the cladding layer and the substrate.The results show that the cladding layer has the characteristics of rapid solidification and good microstructure.Therefore,it can offer a strong protection for the substrate.The nickel-based alloy with certain amount of Cu has a cellular structure;the Ni-based alloy containing B and Si has a dendrite structure;the hardness of Ni-based cladding is improved greatly and the wear resistance of dry sliding at room temperature is also improved a lot.
