【摘要】 高校分析测试中心在高校建设和发展中发挥重要的基础作用,高校分析测试中心教师队伍建设与发展问题是一个普遍存在的共性问题,分析测试中心教师队伍建设普遍存在:结构不合理、队伍不稳定和机制不完善等问题。结合当前高校的发展现状,特别是南京师范大学分析测试中心教师队伍建设的实践,提出了如何加强高校分析测试中心教师队伍建设与发展的措施。高校分析测试中心教师队伍建设的实践与探索表明:加强人才引进是前提,稳定现有队伍是关键,完善规章制度是根本。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the existing problems in the construction of the teacher’s team in analysis and testing centers,especially in Nanjing Normal University,were analyzed.In view of the current situation of development in universities,the measures regarding the construction and strengthening of the teacher’s team in analysis and testing centers in universities were proposed.Practice proves that strengthening the introduction of talent is the premise,stabilizing the existing teacher’s team is the key,and perfecting the regulations system is the fundamental in the construction of teacher’s team in analysis and testing centers of universities.更多还原
