番茄有机生态型综合栽培技术

【摘要】 安全蔬菜的生产必将成为未来的发展方向。传统蔬菜生产过程中大量施用化学农药和化学肥料,造成环境破坏,产品品质下降。随着有机生态型无土栽培技术的出现,使用有机固态肥料取代传统营养液栽培模式,具有投资少、易操作和产品优质高产的特点,适合我国目前的国情。通过多年的实践研究,课题组逐步完善了简便的高品质番茄有机生态型无土栽培生产技术,该技术采用槽式种植方法,铺设薄膜与土壤隔开,栽培基质选用腐熟的农业废弃物与炉渣混合后喷施微生物菌液制成,生产过程全部施用生物有机肥料,供水采用节水灌溉系统,病虫害防治采取预防为主的原则,栽培全过程定期喷施生物农药和有机肥料。该方法设施建设可连续使用5年以上,与传统土壤栽培相比可节水70%,劳动强度降低40%,产量增加24.6%。

【Abstract】 Safe vegetable production will become the development direction in future.Traditional process of vegetable production uses chemical pesticides and chemical fertilizers,which cause the environmental damage and the decline of product quality.With the appearing of organic ecotype soilless cultivation techniques,traditional nutrient solution cultivation mode was replaced by the solid organic fertilizer which has less investment,easy operation,high yield and quality characteristics of products,suitable for the current situation in China.Through the research group’s study and practice for many years,has been improved gradually the simple and high quality organic ecotype soilless cultivation technique of tomato.The technology uses trough planting method,where culture medium was composed of decomposed agricultural waste mixed with slag sprayed by microbe solution.All the production process uses biological organic fertilizer and water-saving irrigation system.Plant diseases and insect pests’ control adopts the principle of prevention and regular spraying biological pesticides and organic fertilizer during the whole process of cultivation.The technique can be used continuously for more than 5 years,compared with the traditional soil cultivation can save water by 70%,the labor intensity reduced 40% and 24.6% increase in output.
