【摘要】 目的 研究外固定支架联合骨片钉治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的长期疗效。方法 对2010年1月—2011年12月,采用外固定支架联合骨片钉治疗的24例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者进行随访研究。按照AO/ASIF分型:C1型7例,C2型6例,C3型11例。随访内容:腕关节活动度(屈曲、背伸、尺偏、桡偏),前臂旋前、旋后活动范围,握力、捏力及影像学资料(掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度)。按上肢功能评定标准(Disabilities of the Arm、Shoulder and Hand,DASH)和Gartland-Werley腕关节评分标准进行综合评估。结果 术后随访12~24个月,平均为15.8个月。X线片示所有骨折均愈合。按Gartland-Werley腕关节评定,本组优11例,良9例,可4例,优良率为83.3%。结论 外固定支架联合骨片钉治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折可以达到满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the long-term results of treatment of severely comminuted distal radius fractures by using external fixator combined with fragment pin.Methods From January 2010 to October2011,24 cases with severely comminuted distal radius fractures were treated by external fixator combined with fragment pin,and were follow—up researched.According to AO/ASIF classification,type CI fractures was in 7 cases,type C2 fractures in 6 cases,type C3 fractures in 11 cases.Evaluations of follow up included wrist rang of motion(flexion,extension,ulnar deviation and radial deviation).forearm pronation and supination,radiographic criteria(radial inclination,volar tiling and radial height).And comprehensive evaluation was applied by DASH(Disabilities of the ArnuShoulder and Hand)score and Gartland—Werley wrist score.Results Postoperative follow—up ranged from 12 to 24 month with an average of 15.8months.X—ray data showed that all fractures healed.Accoding to Gartland—Werley wrist evaluation,there were excellent in 11 cases,good in 9 cases,general in 4 cases,and the excellent and good rate was 83.3%.Conclusion External fixator combined with fragment pin in the treatment of severely comminuted distal radius fractures can reach a satisfactory treatment effect.更多还原
