【摘要】 目的 探讨以指固有动脉背侧支为蒂的岛状筋膜瓣加植皮修复指背创面的临床效果。方法 2011年1月—2012年2月,对13例不同节段指背皮肤软组织缺损患者,采用以指固有动脉背侧支为蒂的岛状筋膜瓣逆行转移,筋膜瓣上植全厚皮修复指背创面,筋膜瓣供区直接缝合。结果 术后皮片均顺利成活,供受区切口均一期愈合。术后11例获随访,随访时间3个月~1年。皮片质地、外观满意,两点辨别觉为10~12 mm。末次随访时功能根据TAM(total active movement,TAM)系统评定方法 评定:优6例,良4例,可1例,优良率90.9%。结论 以指固有动脉背侧支为蒂的岛状筋膜瓣加植皮修复指背创面,术后创面外观满意,功能恢复良好,是修复指背创面的有效方法 之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of adipofascial flap pedicled with dorsal cutaneous branch of digital artery and free skin transplantation for repairing skin defect at the same dorsal finger.Methods From January 2011 to February 2012,13 cases of skin defect at the same dorsal finger were treated.All fingers were treated by adipofascial flap pedicled with the dorsal cutaneous branch of digital artery and free skin transplantation,and the donor site was directly sutured.Results All skin survived completely.The incisions of donor and recipient sites healed by first intention.11 cases were followed up 3 months to 1 years after operation.The wound had good texture,color,and appearance;2—point discrimination of skin was 10~12 mm.According to the criteria for function assessment by total active motion,the results were excellent in 6 cases,good in 4 cases,and fair in 1 case,with an excellent and good rate was 90.9%.Conclusion It is an ideal method to treat skin defect at the same dorsal finger adipofascial flap pedicled with dorsal cutaneous branch of digital artery and free skin transplantation.更多还原
