【Abstract】 The core competitiveness of universities includes various abilities such as personnel training,scientific research,social services,cultural heritage innovation etc.The main factors influencing universities core competitiveness in the new situation include the educational orientation and goals,self-positioning,educational resources,school-running characteristics,and campus culture.In order to enhance the core competitiveness,colleges and universities should make clear their educational philosophy,rationalize management system and operational mechanism;accurately position themselves,get ideas into shape and promote scientific development;insist on characteristic development according to their own features;implement the talent strategy,and construct high-quality faculty;enhance the ability and level of personnel training,scientific research and social service,and promote the connotative development of the universities;strengthen the construction of campus culture,etc.更多还原
