【摘要】 目的通过比较后腹腔镜手术与开放手术治疗的上尿路疾病,总结后腹腔镜技术特点,进一步提高后腹腔镜技术的水平。方法回顾分析后腹腔镜组124例、开放手术组110例资料,分别就手术时间、出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院日、费用等进行比较和统计学检验。结果两组手术均顺利完成,疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),后腹腔镜术中及术后出血量,住院日均明显减少(P<0.05),手术时间部分长于开放组(早期),费用高于开放组。结论后腹腔镜技术应用于上尿路疾病,具有出血少,损伤小,痛苦少,恢复快等优点,但费用较高。随着腹腔镜耗材的费用降低和技术水平的不断提高,相信后腹腔镜技术将得到更加广泛的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through comparing with open after laparoscopic surgery on the surgical treatment of urinary tract disease,summarize and improve the technical level,further expand the laparoscopic after indication laparoscopic techniques.Methods Retrospective analysis of laparoscopic group after surgical 124 example,open respectively in 110 cases material,operative time,the bleeding and postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative day in hospital,cost comparison,statistics test etc were analyzed.Results Two groups were performed successfully,curative effect had no difference (P>0.05),after laparoscopic preoperative and postoperative bleeding,hospital daily significantly reduced(P<0.05),operation time part of longer than open(early),charge was higher than open group.Conclusion Laparoscopic techniques was applied in after the upper tract disease,with less bleeding,a little injury,less painful,faster recovery wait for an advantage,but the cost was higher.Along with the technical level and improved the cost of laparoscopy in consumables,laparoscopic techniques will be more widely used.更多还原
