【摘要】 目的探讨慢性胰腺炎合并胰管结石的诊断以及手术治疗疗效。方法对60例慢性胰腺炎合并胰管结石患者的诊断过程以及手术、内镜治疗疗效进行分析。结果采用两种以及两种以上影像学检查慢性胰腺炎合并胰管结石的确诊率为100%,内镜治疗疗效与手术治疗疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者在糖尿病的发生比较,内镜组患者治疗前、治疗后、治疗后新发生例数分别为3例、6例、3例;手术组为4例、11例以及7例;两组患者体重减轻情况比较,内镜组患者治疗前、治疗后、治疗后新发生例数分别为9例、2例、1例,手术组为10例、7例以及2例,两组患者比较无差异性;对两组患者腹泻情况比较,内镜组患者治疗前、治疗后、治疗后新发生例数分别为4例、5例以及2例,手术组为11例、17例以及8例,两组患者治疗后腹泻发生情况以及治疗后新发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用多种影像学联合检查可有效提高其确诊效果,内镜治疗可有效减少患者腹泻的发生可能,提高患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic duct stones.Methods The diagnostic process and surgical treatment of 60 patients both with chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic duct stones in our hospital were analyzed.Results The rate of definitive diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic duct stones by two or more imaging studies was 100%;the efficacy of endoscopic therapy and surgery was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in the occurrence of diabetes and lose weight between the endoscopic treatment group and surgery treatment group,but the difference was significant in the postoperative occurrence rate of diarrhea(P<0.05).Conclusion The multiple imaging inspections can effectively improve the diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic duct stones.The endoscopic therapy can effectively reduce the incidence diarrhea and improve the prognosis of patients.更多还原
