盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗重度有机磷中毒并发接触性皮炎的机制研究
The therapeutic mechanism of penehyclidine hydrochloride in treating heavy organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with contact dermatitis
【摘要】 目的 研究盐酸戊乙奎醚对重度有机磷并发接触性皮炎患者的治疗机制。方法 40例重度有机磷并发接触性皮炎患者随机分为盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗组及阿托品治疗组;采集入院12、48、72h接触性皮炎患者皮损渗出物,用ELISA法检测高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α的浓度。结果 盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗组皮损渗出物中HMGB1、TNF-α浓度低于阿托品治疗组,二者差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 盐酸戊乙奎醚通过抑制接触性皮炎皮损处炎症细胞中HMGB1、TNF-α的表达,减轻有机磷中毒的皮肤炎症反应。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of penehyclidine hydrochloride in heavy organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with contact dermatitis. Methods Forty patient were randomly devided into atropine treatment groups and penehyclidine hydrochloride treatment groups. After operated admission 12,48 and 72 hours, the concentration of high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α in the inflammatory exudate were measured with ELISA. Results As compared with atropine treatment group ,the concentration of HMGB1, TNF-α in the secretion in the penehyclidine hydrochloride treatment group decreased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride inhibited the expression of HMGB1 and TNF-α in the inflammatory cell, had effects on heavy organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with contact dermatitis.
