CO2浓度增高对水稻叶片微观结构的影响
Effect of Increasing CO2 Concentration on Rice Leaf Microstructure
【摘要】 试验以开顶式气室(OTC)为研究手段,设定CO2浓度为380μmol·mol-1(CK)和550μmol·mol-1(处理),通过扫描电镜观察水稻第4片叶的叶片表皮细胞,分析CO2浓度增高对表皮细胞分布和气孔形态特征的影响。结果表明:随着CO2浓度增高,表皮细胞分布发生变化,叶片背面与腹面硅栓细胞带和气孔带之间距离、腺毛数量显著增加,分别增加16.41%、22.11%、79.04%和77.69%,叶片背面与腹面的气孔指数(SI)和气孔带上气孔间距离、腹面钩毛数量显著减少,分别减少14.18%、14.80%、20.28%、14.73%和48.87%,叶片背面细胞分布的变化和SI减少幅度均小于腹面,使背面与腹面的气孔数量差异进一步加大;随着CO2浓度增高,背面与腹面气孔形态特征变化差异较大,叶片背面气孔面积、周长、气孔长度显著增加,分别增加了19.07%、17.56%和21.17%;叶片腹面的气孔宽度、叶片背面与腹面的气孔乳突数量显著减少,分别减少9.18%、17.34%和9.50%,背面气孔形态特征变化大于腹面。
【Abstract】 In order to determine the effect of increasing CO2concentration on rice leaf microstructure, open-top chamber was used for exposing a japonica rice variety in two CO2concentrations 380 μmol·mol-1(CK) and 550 μmol·mol-1(Treatment).The fourth leaf epidermal cells of rice were examined in the scanning electron microscopy.The results indicated that the higher CO2concentration changed epidermal cells distribution.The effects were an significantly increase in space between silicon bolt and stomatal band(16.41%,22.11%),Glandular hairs(79.04%) of the leaf on the back and front, and decreased in stomatal index(14.18%,14.80%),space between stomata(20.28%,14.73%) of the leaf on the back and front,back trichome(48.87%).Changes in the distribution of the leaf on the back of the cell was less than the ventral, and the back leaf stomatal index decrease was smaller than the ventral surface, making differences between the back and the ventral much bigger.The increasing CO2concentration made quite difference in stomatal character between back leaf and front leaf side.The higher CO2concentration result in significantly change in stomatal area, stomatal perimeter, stomatal length of the back side increased by 19.07%,17.56%,21.17%,respectively,and leaf front stomatal width, papilla of back and front leaf decreased by 9.18%,17.34%,9.50%.The stomatal character of back leaf change much bigger than front leaf.
