【摘要】 试验采用L9(34)正交试验,研究了不同液体培养基及变速条件对白色系白玉菇液体菌种质量的影响,以筛选最佳的液体培养基配方和最适宜的变速条件。结果表明:最适宜的培养基配方为豆粉0.3%,玉米粉0.2%,KH2PO40.05%,K2HPO40.05%,白砂糖3%,MgSO41%,VB110mg.L-1。接种后3d之内静止培养,之后置于摇床中,以转速150r.min-1培养菌丝的效果最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using L9(34) orthogonal design in the test,the effect of dfferent nutrients and speed changing on the quality of white series Hypsizygus marmoreus liquid fungus strain was studied,in order to screen the best medium formulation and speed changing.The result showed that the best formulation should be soybean powder 0.3%,maize powder 0.2%,KH2PO4 0.05%,K2HPO4 0.05%,crystal cane sugar 3%,MgSO4 1%,VB1 10mg.L-1.The medium should be kept static in 3d after inoculation,then put on shaking table with the turning rate at 150rpm/min.更多还原
