非负载型NiMoW催化剂催化萘一步加氢合成十氢萘
SYNTHESIS OF DECALIN BY ONE STEP HYDROGENATION OF NAPHTHALENE ON UNSUPPORTED NiMoW CATALYST
【摘要】 采用XRD、HRTEM方法对高活性硫化态非负载型NiMoW催化剂进行表征,并在连续流动高压加氢微反装置上对该非负载型NiMoW催化剂催化萘一步加氢合成十氢萘进行研究。XRD、HRTEM结果表明,高活性硫化态非负载型NiMoW催化剂具有明显的Ni3S2、MoS2/WS2特征衍射峰,MoS2/WS2片晶长度5~10nm,堆垛层数3~5层,均高于负载型参比催化剂。萘加氢合成十氢萘的实验结果表明,在反应温度240℃、压力6.0MPa、体积空速1.0h-1的条件下,萘的转化率可达到100%,十氢萘的选择性为99.1%,高于参比催化剂上十氢萘选择性约52.9百分点;反应温度、压力的提高及空速的降低,有利于萘的转化及十氢萘的合成。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of decalin by hydrogenation of naphthalene was studied using sulfided unsupported NiMoW catalyst in a continuous flow high-pressure micro-reactor.The catalyst was characterized by XRD and HRTEM.The characterization results show that the characteristic peaks of Ni3S2and MoS2/WS2exist on the sulfided unsupported NiMoW catalyst and the length of MoS2/WS2crystal is about 5—10nm with 3—5stacking layers,while the crystal of reference supported NiMoW catalyst is3—5nm long and 1—3layers,respectively.The conversion of naphthalene is 100%and the selectivity of decalin is 99.1% on the sulfided unsupported NiMoW catalyst under the conditions of 240 ℃,6.0MPa,LHSV 1.0h-1,and the selectivity of decalin on reference catalyst is only 46%.It is revealed that the conversion of naphthalene and yield of decalin increase with the increase of temperature and pressure and with the decrease of LHSV on the sulfided unsupported NiMoW catalyst.
