【摘要】 在发达国家新兴产业的人才培养过程中,协会组织扮演了非常重要的角色。作为行业或专业领域的非营利性机构,协会组织能够从行业与专业发展的现实与趋势着眼实施高技能人才的开发,并能更好地促成政府、企业与高等院校在人才开发领域的合作。协会组织在战略性新兴产业人才开发中起到专家角色、媒介角色与服务角色作用,提出协会组织应通过课程体系的认证制度、执业资格认证制度、继续教育制度与产业研究及服务制度介入战略性新兴产业的人才开发,弥补政府及高等院校对专业人才认证和管理的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 In developed countries, associations play a very important role in personnel education and training.Associations, as intermediary and professional organizations, should become an important link between government, industries and universities to promote multilateral cooperation in training highly skilled talents.Such roles as expert, agent and servant associations play in talent development for strategic emerging industries are expounded. According to that, associations should intervene in the talent development by application of such systems as certification, curriculum, professional qualification, continuing education, industry research and service.更多还原
