【摘要】 目的探讨个性化指导在腰椎间盘突出症合并糖尿病患者延续治疗的应用效果。方法选取腰椎间盘突出症合并糖尿病手术患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规的延续治疗方式,观察组应用个性化指导,针对患者不同行为改变阶段的需求进行延续随访治疗。观察随访3个月后两组患者糖尿病自护能力评分情况及腰椎功能恢复情况。结果观察组的自护能力评分较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的腰椎功能障碍指数较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在延续治疗中应用个性化指导有助于提高椎间盘突出症合并糖尿病患者的自我照护行为,提升手术效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of individual instruction in the postoperative treatment of lumbar disc herniation( LDH) complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty patients with LDH complicated with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients in control group underwent normal nursing,patients in observation group received individual instruction according to their requirement at various stages,and then evaluated the score of self care and recovery of lumbar function after 3 months followingup. Results The score of self care in observation group was obviously superior to that in control group( P < 0. 05). The indication of lumbar dysfunction in observation group was decreased significantly( P < 0. 05) in comparison with the control group. Conclusion Lndividual instruction is effective to improve self care and the outcome of surgery in LDH patients complicated with diabetes mellitus.更多还原
