【摘要】 目的研究S期激酶相关蛋白2(Skp2)和p27在甲状腺癌中的表达与淋巴结转移等恶性生物学特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测30例结节性甲状腺肿组织(甲肿组)、60例甲状腺癌组织(腺癌组)中Skp2和p27蛋白的表达情况,分析甲状腺癌形成过程中,Skp2和p27的蛋白表达变化以及其临床意义。结果 Skp2和p27在甲肿组、腺癌组组织中的表达率分别为26.67%、93.33%和68.33%、36.67%。Skp2蛋白表达:腺癌组明显高于甲肿组(P<0.01)、淋巴结转移组组织中阳性表达率显著高于未转移组组织(P<0.05)。p27蛋白表达:腺癌组明显低于甲肿组(P<0.01)、在淋巴结转移组组织中阳性表达率显著低于未转移组组织(P<0.05)。结论 Skp2和p27在甲状腺癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。同一甲状腺癌组织中Skp2和p27的表达呈负相关。Skp2和p27联合检测可作为早期诊断甲状腺癌的标志物,可提高甲状腺癌的早期诊断率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of the experiment is to investigate expression of Skp2 and p27 in thyroid carcinoma relative with some malignant features,such as lymph node metastasis and so on. Methods To analyze the expression of Skp2 and p27 relative with clinical significance during formation of thyroid carcinoma,expression of Skp2 and p27 in 30 cases of nodular goiter( goiter group) and 60 cases of thyroid carcinoma( adenocarcinoma group) were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rate of Skp2 and p27 in goiter group and adenocarcinoma group were 26. 67%,93. 33% and 68. 33%,36. 67%,respectively. Expression of Skp2 in adenocarcinoma group were significantly higher than that of goiter group( P < 0. 01). The rate of positive expression in lymph metastatic tissues were significantly higher than those in tissue without metastasis( P < 0. 05). Expression of p27 in adenocarcinoma group were significantly lower than goiter group( P <0. 01). The rate of positive expression in lymph metastasis tissues were significantly lower than those in tissue without metastasis( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Skp2 and p27 play important roles in the incidence and development process of thyroid carcinoma. Combined detection of Skp2 and p27 can be used as markers for the early diagnosis,which can increase the rate of early diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.更多还原
