【摘要】 目的观察负压封闭引流(VSD)技术治疗四肢创伤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 72例四肢创伤性软组织缺损患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,两组均给予对症支持治疗,观察组给予VSD技术治疗,对照组给予常规换药处理,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组Ⅱ期植皮的优良率为94.4%,显著高于对照组的72.2%(P<0.05),观察组的Ⅱ期创面植皮时间显著低于对照组,观察组的平均住院时间和总费用也显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论VSD技术治疗四肢创伤性软组织缺损疗效显著,可以提高Ⅱ期植皮的优良率,减少住院时间和总费用以及患者的痛苦,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage( VSD) in treatment of traumatic soft tissue defect in limbs. Methods Seventy two patients with traumatic soft tissue defect in limbs were randomly divided into trial group and control group,36 patients in each group. Patients in these two groups were given with symptomatic and supportive treatment. Patients in trial group were additionally treated with vacuum sealing drainage( VSD) technique and patients in control group were additionally treated by conventional dressing,and the clinical efficacy of these two groups was compared. Results The excellent cure rate of skin grafting in trial group was 94. 4%,it was significantly higher than that of control group( 72. 2%)( P < 0. 05). The time for wound skin grafting in trial group was significantly shorter than that of control group,the average duration of hospitalization stay and total cost of trial group were also significantly lower than those of control group( all P <0. 05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of VSD technique in treatment of traumatic soft tissue defect in limbs is satisfactory,it can raise the excellent cure rate of skin grafting,reduce the duration of hospitalization stay and total cost,and alleviate the suffering,hence it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.更多还原
