【摘要】 目的观察热淋清颗粒联合头孢泊肟酯干混悬剂治疗儿童期尿道炎患儿的临床效果。方法将187例尿道炎患儿随机分为治疗组95例及对照组92例。治疗组用热淋清联合头孢泊肟酯干混悬剂治疗,对照组用头孢泊肟酯干混悬剂治疗,治疗1疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗1个疗程后,治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为96.8%和73.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均可耐受并坚持治疗,两组患者的不良反应率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论热淋清联合头孢泊肟酯干混悬剂治疗儿童期尿道炎优于单用头孢泊肟酯干混悬剂治疗,且热淋清的口感好,方便服用,且疗效可靠,不良反应少,值得在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of Relingqing granules and suspension of cefpodoxime proxetil in treatment of pediatric patients with urethritis.Methods A total of 187 pediatric patients with urethitits were randomly divided into two groups,patients in observation group(95 cases) were treated with Relingqing granules and suspension of cefpodoxime proxetil,and patients in control group(92 cases) were treated with suspension of cefpodoxime proxetil,then their clinical effect was observed and compared.Results After a whole course of treatment,the efficacy of observation group was 96.8 % and it was 73.9% in control group,and the difference between these two groups was significant(P < 0.05).Patients in these two groups could endure persistent treatment and the rate of adverse reactions in these two groups was not significant.Conclusion The effect of treatment with combination of Relingqing granules and suspension of cefpodoxime proxetil is better than that only treated with suspension of cefpodoxime proxetil in pediatric patients with uretritis,moreover Relingqing granules are not only convenient for drinking and they have good taste,and they also have reliable effect and less adverse reactions.The joint treatment is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
