【摘要】 目的探讨门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸治疗肝炎后脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将2009年7月至2011年6月收治的69例肝炎后脂肪肝患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规临床治疗,实验组给予门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸辅助治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率明显高于对照组,并且实验组治疗后肝功能指标[丙氨酸基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)]和血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)]均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论采用门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸辅助常规治疗肝炎后脂肪肝的效果更好,值得在临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of aspartate-ornithine in treatment of fatty liver after hepatitis for the reference of clinical treatment.Methods A total of 69 patients with fatty liver after hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups,patients in control group were given with routine clinical treatment,patients in trial group were given with aspartate-ornithine for adjuvant treatment,and their outcomes were observed and compared.Results The efficacy of patients in trial group was higher than that of patients in control group,P < 0.05;parameters of liver function(AST,ALT) and lipids(TC,TG) in trial group after treatment were better than those of control group,p < 0.05,and their difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The efficacy of aspartate-ornithine for auxiliary conventional treatment of fatty liver after hepatitis is significant,hence it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.更多还原
