【摘要】 目的探讨应用布巾钳尺骨鹰嘴钳夹牵引治疗小儿Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果及并发症。方法对64例Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折患儿,33例采用改良布巾钳钳夹尺骨鹰嘴牵引治疗,31例采用切开复位内固定治疗,并进行6～24个月随访观察。结果按Flynn肘关节功能评价标准进行评定,改良布巾钳牵引组优良率为87.9%,手术组优良率为80.6%,牵引组优良率高于手术组。结论改良布巾钳尺骨鹰嘴牵引操作方便,固定可靠,疗效确切,对患儿损伤小,对于小儿Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折不失为一种简单、实用的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical results and complications on treating the type Ⅲ humeral supracondylar fracture in children with the towel clamp-skeletal traction through olecranon of ulna.Methods 64 children with the type Ⅲ humeral supracondylar fracture,the towel clamp-skeletal traction through olecranon of ulna was adopted for 33 children,the open reduction and internal fixation for treatment was adopted for 31 children and 6～24 months’ follow-up was taken.Results Gave evaluation according to Flynn elbow joint function evaluation standard.The ratio of excellent effect was 87.9% for the group with towel clamp-skeletal traction through olecranon of ulna and was 80.6% for operation group,therefore,the ratio of excellent effect from traction group was higher than that of operation group.Conclusion The treatment method with the towel clamp-skeletal traction through olecranon of ulna is easy to operate with reliable fixation and effect,meanwhile,it produce little damage to children and can yet be regarded as a simple and practical method for treating the type Ⅲ pediatric humeral supracondylar fracture.更多还原
