【摘要】 目的探讨脑室-腹腔术后常见并发症发生原因及处理方法。方法回顾分析2002年1月至2011年1月85例脑积水行脑室-腹腔分流术(V-P分流术)后出现并发症患者的资料。结果分流管堵塞49例,感染21例,分流不当11例,其他原因4例。再行V-P分流术75例,脑室-心房分流术(V-A)9例。近期有效率98.81%。死亡1例。结论 V-P分流术并发症较多,针对不同原因积极处理,仍能取得较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the reasons and treatments of common complications after ventriculoperitoneal shunt.Methods Clinical data of 85 cases of hydrocephalus in our department from January 2002 to January 2011 were included into this study.All these patients occurred complications after ventriculoperitoneal shunt.Results There were 49 cases complicated with shunt tube blockage,14 cases with infection,11 cases with unsuitable shunt spigot pressure,and 4 cases with other reasons.Seventy five case received V-P shunt again,and 9 cases with V-A shunt.The effective rate of short term was 98.81%.One case died.Conclusion The rate of complications of ventriculoperitoneal shunt remain high.Active management to different causes could acquire better effects.更多还原
