【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌的临床效果。方法将收治的82例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌患者,根据治疗方法分为治疗组41例,对照组41例,治疗组给予中西医结合治疗,对照组单纯给予西医治疗,观察两组患者的疗效、生存期以及生活质量变化情况,并进行统计学比较。结果治疗组患者的总缓解率为68.29%,与对照组的24.39%进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组1、2、3年的存活率为65.85%、36.59%、24.39%,对照组为39.02%、26.83%、0,治疗组的中位生存期为30.6个月,对照组的中位生存期为16.5个月,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的生活质量KPS评分优于对照组,但无统计学差异。治疗组治疗前后EORTC QLQ-C30量表评价主要症状和功能总评分明显改善,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌,可提高疗效,延长患者的生存期,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ gastric cancer.Methods According to the treatment method,82 cases of stage Ⅲand stage Ⅳgastric cancer were divided into treatment group(n=41) and control group(n=41).Patients in treatment group received combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,patients in control group received western medicine.The clinical effect,survival time and quality of life in two groups of patients were compared.Results The total remission rate was 68.29% in treatment group,and 24.39% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The 1-2-and 3-year survival rates were 65.85%,36.59%,and 24.39% respectively in treatment group,and they were 39.02%,26.83%,and 0 respectively in control group;the median survival time was 30.6 months in treatment group,while it was 16.5 months in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) between the two groups.KPS score was better in treatment group than that in control group,but no statistical difference between them.Main symptoms and function total score evaluated by EORTC QLQ-C30 improved significantly after treatment in treatment group.Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine may enchance the curative effect,prolong survival time and improve the quality of life in patients with stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ gastric cancer.更多还原
