【摘要】 目的探讨与分析早期声门型喉癌激光手术治疗对发音功能恢复的临床效果。方法选取2007年1月至2011年11月收治的早期声门型喉癌患者30例,随机分成A、B两组,各15例,其中A组采用激光手术进行治疗;B组采用传统的手术切除方法进行治疗。比较两组发音功能恢复结果。结果 A组患者术后嗓音障碍指数(VHI)和主观听感知评估参数(GRBAS)结果为正常的比率高于B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光手术治疗早期声门型喉癌术后发音功能恢复的临床效果显著,在临床上值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe and analyze the clinical effect of the recovery of pronunciation function in patients with early glottis type laryngeal cancer after laser surgery treatment.Methods A total of 30 patients with early glottis type laryngeal cancer treated in this hospital from January to November in 2007 were randomly and averagely divided into A and B two groups.Fifteen patients in group A were treated by laser surgery and 15 patients in group B were treated by traditional operation,and the results of treatment were compared between these 2 groups.Results The percentage of normal voice handicap index(VHI) and GRBAS in patients of group A after surgical treatment was higher than those of patients in group B,and their difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of laser surgery in treatment of early glottis type laryngeal cancer is significant and the recovery of pronunciation function is remarkable.Therefore laser surgery is worthy to be recommended for application in treatment of patients with early glottis type laryngeal cancer.更多还原
