【摘要】 介绍了高校大型仪器设备开放共享的背景和概念。结合工作实际,指出当前高校大型仪器设备开放共享存在利用率不高、管理体制不尽完善、运行水平较低等主要问题。从大型仪器设备投资机制不健全、封闭式管理、购置前缺乏严格的科学论证、管理模式局限、缺乏对外开放管理体制、运行管理水平低、管理技术队伍不足等方面进行了探讨和分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concept and background of the opening-up and sharing of large-scale apparatus and equipment in universities were introduced.Based on working practice,main problems(low utilization rate,imperfect management system,low level of operation) in the opening-up and sharing management of large-scale apparatus and equipment in universities were discussed and analyzed.Because investment mechanism of large-scale instrument and equipment is not perfect,management is closed off,rigorous scientific proof is insufficient before purchase,management mode is limited,the management system opening to the outside world is lack,operation management level is low and management and technical team is not enough.更多还原
