【摘要】 设计了一套基于HL7 V3标准的双向转诊系统,系统结合了PHP、MySQL以及Web Service技术,实现了双向转诊系统的基本功能。通过运用一个标准的HL7引擎来进行HL7信息的构建及解析,系统的服务端和客户端之间的接口采用标准的Web Service接口,数据流采用HL7 V3标准的XML组织方式。因此,该系统的服务端可以提供给任何支持Web Service及HL7 V3标准的客户端调用,具有良好的可扩展性。更多还原

【Abstract】 By combining with PHP,MySQL and Web Service technology,a two-way referral system was designed based on the HL7 V3 standard.The referral system could build and parse HL7 messages through a standard HL7 engine.Web Service technology was used to perform data transform between the client and service and the data stream used XML organizations manner based on HL7 V3 standard.Therefore,the system had good scalability as the server can support any client using Web Service and HL7 V3 standard.更多还原
