【摘要】 选择30例恒牙初期安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者(18男、12女),年龄为11～13岁,采用T4A矫治器。矫治前后均通过X线头影测量,经过(13.1±1.8)个月的治疗,面型和下颌矢状向的发育改善,SNB角及面部高度增加,ANB角减小,上前牙长轴有明显改善,前牙覆盖减小。T4A在恒牙初期安氏Ⅱ类1分类的治疗中作用明显,有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 30 patients(12 girls and 18 boys aged 11-13 years) with a Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were treated by preorthodontic trainer appliances(Myofunctional Research Co.,Queensland,Australia) for(13.1±1.8) months.Lateral cephalograms were taken and measured at the start and end of the treatment.At the end of the study significant changes including anterior rotation and sagittal growth of the mandible were observed,SNB and facial height were increased,ANB reduced,lower incisor proclination and retrocimation of upper incisors increased,and overjet reduced.This study demonstrates that the preorthodonlic trainer application is effective in the treatment of class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion during early stage of permanent dentition.更多还原
