有机物、亚硝酸盐和pH值对反硝化脱氮除磷的影响

【摘要】 目的研究不同有机物质量浓度、亚硝酸盐质量浓度和pH值对反硝化脱氮除磷效果的影响.方法以实际生活污水为试验水样,通过控制有机物质量浓度、亚硝酸盐质量浓度和pH值,采用静态试验进行对比研究.结果在COD质量浓度为200 mg/L时,反硝化脱氮除磷的效果最好,氮和磷的去除率分别为97.63%和92.38%;在亚硝酸盐质量浓度为30 mg/L时获得了较好的脱氮除磷效果;在pH值为7.0~8.0时反硝化聚磷菌的脱氮除磷效果最好,磷的平均去除率为90.54%.结论 COD、亚硝酸盐质量浓度和pH值对反硝化脱氮除磷影响显著.

【Abstract】 The paper is to study the effects of denitrification nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the condition of different organic matter concentration,nitrogen concentration and pH.Using actual domestic wastewater as test samples,through controlling of different organic matter concentration,nitrogen concentration and pH,we study spreading comparison with static test.The results show that the efforts of denitrification nitrogen and phosphorus removal are all better when the concentration of COD is 200 mg/L,the removal rate of nitrogen and phosphorus are 97.63% and 92.38% respectively.When the nitrogen concentration is 30 mg/L,the efforts of denitrification nitrogen and phosphorus removal are better.The effort of denitrifying phosphorus enrichment bacteria nitrogen phosphorus removal achieves to the best when pH is 7.0~ 8.0 and the average removal rate of phosphorus is 90.54%.Researches show that the COD concentration nitrogen concentration and pH are all have significant effect on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus.
