【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the characteristic of meteorological laboratory culture which is constantly explored,keeping in step with the up-to-date development of science and technology.This paper studies the cultural building of meteorological laboratory which includes integrating resources,building four teaching platforms of meteorological experiment,constructing material culture of meteorological laboratory, establishing a management mechanism,perfecting rules and regulations,taking operation modes like "hierarchic and classified,running open,cooperative education,"building efficient institutional culture, adhering to the people-oriented,and gradually forming the spirit culture of meteorological laboratory of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology.更多还原
