【Abstract】 Cooperation of university-industry,which could combine the respective advantages of university and enterprises and connect the education,production and scientific research practice,is recognized as the best way to cultivate innovative talents.However,the research on the talents’ training mode through cooperation of university-industry in independent colleges is deficient.This paper introduces the practice and exploration on the talents’ training mode through cooperation of university-industry in school of chemistry and life sciences of Jinling College of Nanjing University.This paper also reports the direction of development in the future.更多还原
