【摘要】 高等学校实验技术队伍非常重要,分析了现在高等学校实验技术队伍存在的问题。为了发挥高校实验平台的功能,必须加强实验队伍建设。提出了加强实验技术队伍建设的思路。研究了实验技术队伍建设的举措,通过转变观念、出台政策、完善制度、优化考核、加强培训等几个方面入手,加强实验技术队伍建设,逐步打造一支精英化的实验技术队伍,充分发挥高校实验室在人才培养、科学研究、服务社会和文化传承方面的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experimental technical team in colleges and Universities is very important.This paper analyses the existing problems in the experimental technical team in colleges and universities.In order to play to the experimental platform function,the experimental team building must be strengthened.This paper puts forward the building idea for strengthening experimental technical team construction,and researches the measures of experimental technical team building.Starting by changing idea,introducing the policy,improving the system,optimizing the assessment,strengthening training and so on can strengthen experimental technical team construction,step by step creating an elite experimental technical team.Giving full play to the role of laboratories of colleges and universities in personnel training,scientific research,social services and cultural heritage should be done.更多还原
