载荷对比实验中的动态作用力测量系统研制
Development of dynamic force measurement system for experimental teaching in load contrast tests
【摘要】 介绍了一种动态作用力测量系统。该系统由力传感器、测量电路和计算机组成硬件平台,采用LabVIEW设计数据采集软件平台。信号经测量电路放大调理并数字化后,通过USB总线传送到计算机,实现动态作用力的实时采集、显示和保存,解决了目前载荷对比实验教学中,过程难记录、数据误差大的问题,同时为实验结果的定性、定量分析以及课程教学的拓展提供了平台。实际测试结果表明,所开发的动态作用力测量系统有效且实用。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a method to deal with dynamic force measurement and its realization,which is designed for experimental teaching in load contrast tests.Dynamic force signal which is obtained by sensor is amplified and A/D converted by measuring circuit,and is sent to PC through USB bus.The force waveform can be displayed and stored by the LabVIEW-based software system.Measuring results show that experimental data recording and precision problems were solved.This system also provides a platform for experimental result analysis and teaching style development.
