苯甲酸制备实验的微型化研究
Study on microscale experiments by preparation of benzoic acid
【摘要】 简单介绍了微型化学实验的研究历史,并以苯甲酸的制备实验为研究对象,对苯甲酸制备的常量实验与微型实验进行对比,同时对不同催化剂对苯甲酸制备的影响进行对比研究。结果表明,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为相转移催化剂合成苯甲酸的微型实验的实验效果最好,值得推广。
【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the research history of microscale chemical experiments,and the preparation of benzoic acid by means of microscale apparatus is investigated.The preparation of benzoic acid of constant experiment and microscale experiment are compared,and the influence of different catalysts on the preparation of benzoic acid is studied.The results show that the experimental effect of benzoic acid microscale experiment with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst is the best,which is worthy of popularization.
