【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜输卵管切开吸胚术的手术效果及临床价值。方法 回顾分析2008~2011年869例输卵管妊娠患者行腹腔镜保守性手术的临床资料。结果 腹腔镜下完成所有病例,无中转开腹及发生严重并发症,持续异位妊娠占0.7%。结论 输卵管妊娠腹腔镜保守性手术是一种安全有效的术式,并不增加持续异位妊娠的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and clinic value of laparoscopic salpingotomy for the treatment of tube pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 896 patients with tubal pregnancy who received laparoscopic salpingotomy from 2008 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All laparoscopic salpingotomy operations were successfully performed and no case was referred to open salpingotomy.No significant post-operative complication was found.Only 6 cases had recurrent ectopic pregnancy after operation.Conclusion Laparoscopicsalpingotomy is safe and effective for the treatment of tube pregnancy.The recurrent ectopic pregnancy should be avoided during and after operation.更多还原
