【Abstract】 Pediatric hypospadias is a common congenital malformation in urology field. The occurrence of pediatric hypospadias involves complex genetic, histological and embryological, pathophysiological and environmental factors. Early diagnose, treatment and reasonable operation can obviously enhance the effect of treatment. Most of children can not only complete the normal voiding, realize the external genitalia of the restoration, but also not influence the sexual function in adulthood.
