【Abstract】 The Pim-1 kinase plays a pivotal role in the proliferation,survival and malignant transformation of cells,and in particularly,it is frequently overexpressed in prostate cancer,leukemia and lymphoma.This review describes the characteristics of Pim-1 kinase and summarizes recent advances in the small-molecule inhibitors of Pim-1 kinase,which will provide some references for the development of new selective and efficient Pim-1 kinase inhibitors.更多还原
