炼油副产品油提取烯烃合成并精制基础润滑油

【摘要】 近年来,国内外汽车工业蓬勃发展,润滑油需求量剧增。利用国内炼油厂副产品油提取烯烃(主要是C10烯烃),采用常压蒸馏方法,并考察了不同蒸馏温度对烯烃提取的影响。采用三氯化铝作为催化剂聚合合成基础润滑油。在Ni-W-P/Al2O3作为加氢精制催化剂对润滑油进行精制,并考察了温度、氢压、氢油比以及空速对加氢效果的影响。本实验的原料采用的是某炼油厂的副产品油实现废物的再利用,节能环保。探究最优的反应条件,改善以往苛刻反应条件,降低对仪器的损耗程度,减少成本。扩大到工业装置中可以长周期稳定运转。实验表明,在精制温度270℃、氢压9.5 MPa、氢油比700︰1和空速1.30 h-1条件下得到润滑油的性能最好,收率为93.20%,加氢精制效果最佳。

【Abstract】 In recent years,along with rapid development of the automotive industry at home and abroad,the demand of lubricating oil increases obviously.The atmospheric distillation method is often used to extract olefin(main C10 olefin) from by-product of domestic refineries.In this paper,effect of different distillation temperatures on the extraction of olefin was investigated.Using aluminum chloride as the catalyst,lubricating base oil was synthesized via polymerization of the extracted olefin.Then the lubricating base oil was refined with Ni-W-P/Al2O3 as hydrogenation catalyst,and effects of temperature,hydrogen pressure,hydrogen / oil ratio and space velocity on the hydrogenation process were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained to improve previous harsh reaction conditions,to reduce equipment loss degree and to reduce cost.Experimental results show that the optimal reaction conditions are as follows: refining temperature 270 ℃,hydrogen pressure 9.5 MPa,hydrogen / oil ratio 700:1 and space velocity 1.30 h-1;Under above conditions,the performance of refined lubricating oil is the best,the yield reaches 93.20%,the hydrogenation refining effect is the best.
