多环芳烃树脂合成及其对聚氨酯型涂料性能的影响

【摘要】 以催化裂解(DCC)回炼油中含有的多环芳烃为原料,合成多环芳烃树脂PAR-B和PAR-H,研究了DCC回炼油的反应性及交联剂、催化剂用量对反应的影响,考察了多环芳烃树脂性质及其作为改质剂对聚氨酯(PU)型防腐涂料性质的影响。结果表明:交联剂对反应的影响较催化剂的影响大,交联剂用量越多,树脂产量越大;用DCC回炼油合成的树脂PAR-B的溶解性差,耐热性较好;而PAR-H的溶解性好,有一定的耐热性。对这2种树脂进行了改性,作为PU型涂料改质剂,掺混率为25%左右情况下制成的涂料某些性能接近PU型防腐涂料水平。

【Abstract】 Polycyclic aromatic resin(PAR),PAR-B and PAR-H were synthesized with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons contained in DCC recycled oil.The reactivity of DCC recycled oil and effects of dosage of crosslinking agent and catalyst on the reaction were studied.The performance of PAR and its effects on performance of polyurethane(PU) anticorrosive coating as modifier were analyzed.The result showed that the crosslinking agent exerted greater effects on the reaction than catalyst,and the more the amount of crosslinking agent,the greater the resin output was.In view thatPAR-B had poor solubility and good heat resistance,while PAR-H had good solubility and certain heat resistance,the two resins were modified as PU coating modifier,and some properties of the coating made at the incorporation rate of about 25% were close to that of PU anticorrosive coating.
