【摘要】 目的 评价七年制临床医学专业《医学影像学》试卷质量和考试结果,提出影像学教学改革的建议和措施,目的在于进一步提高七年制医学影像学教学质量。方法 采用试卷分析和评价指标,对西安交通大学医学院2007级七年制临床医学专业4个班级82名学生的《医学影像学》期末考试试卷进行分析。结果 试卷的整体难度系数(P)0.79,区分度(D)0.32,试卷信度(γ)0.57,效度(V)0.25。结论 本套试卷基本满足考试大纲要求,同时反映出学生对记忆理解型知识掌握还不够准确,综合分析能力也有待提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through analyzing the examination paper of medical imageology,then putting forward some improved proposals and measures for teaching reform of imageology,in order to further improve the teaching quality of medical imageology on seven-year program clincal medicine.Methods Using the examination paper analysis and the evaluating indicators to assess medical imageology terminal examination of seven-year program clinical medicine in 2007 grade including 82 students in four classes.Results The difficulty coefficient(P)of the examination paper was 0.79,the degree of confidence(γ) was 0.61 and the discrimination(D)was 0.32,the validity(V) was 0.25.Conclusion The examination paper basically meet the need of outline,and it also shows that the students can not grasp the memory and understanding knowledge very well and the generalized analysis ability need to be enhanced.更多还原
