【摘要】 目的 探讨胫骨远端骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的病种、发病比例及其影像特点。方法 收集整理由病理证实的骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变,对发生于胫骨远端的病例,分析其病种及比例、性别比例、年龄分布及常见肿瘤的影像特点。结果 共4172例骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变,发生在胫骨远端的为107例占2.6%。良性94例,恶性13例。发病比例较高的前7位病种依次为骨软骨瘤、骨巨细胞瘤、骨肉瘤、非骨化性纤维瘤、骨囊肿、骨纤维皮质缺损和动脉瘤样骨囊肿。其发病部位及影像表现均有一些各自的特点。结论胫骨远端骨肿瘤良性居多,恶性少见,综合分析不同肿瘤的发病比例及其影像特征,有助于提高胫骨远端肿瘤的诊断水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the type,proportion and imaging features of the tumours and tumour-like lesions in the distal tibia.Methods The clinic data of bone tumors and tumor-like lesions in the distal tibia confirmed by pathology during 1976 to 2011in our hospital were reviewed.The tumors’ type and its proportion,the patients’ male to female ratio and age range,and the tumors’ imaging features were analyzed.Results Altogether 107 cases were found in the distal tibia among 4 172 cases of bone tumors and tumor-like lesions and the incidence was 2.6%.There were 13 malignant and 94 benign lesions.The seven common lesions in decreasing order were osteochondroma,giant cell tumor of bone,osteosarcoma,nonossifying fibroma,bone cyst,fibrous cortex defect,and aneurysmal bone cyst.The locations and imaging features of distal tibia tumours and tumour-like le sions were characteristic.Conclusion Benign tumors are more common than malignant tumors in the distal tibia.A specific diagnosis can be made or strongly suggested on the basis of combining the tumors’ type,proportion and imaging features.更多还原
