【摘要】 目的 分析脑室内中枢神经细胞瘤（central neurocytoma,CNC）的CT及MRI表现,提高对该病的认识。方法 回顾性分析9例经手术和病理证实脑室内CNC的CT、MRI资料,分析其病变部位、形态及影像学特点。结果 9例均位于侧脑室透明隔区,临近Monro孔处,左侧侧脑室5例,右侧侧脑室4例。肿瘤以实性成分为主的7例,伴有不同程度囊变、钙化,呈囊实混合性的2例。9例均形态不规则,边界清楚。病灶在CT上呈等或稍高密度影,在MRI T₁WI呈不均匀等或稍低信号,T₂WI呈不均匀稍高信号,DWI呈等或稍高信号,病灶内常见血管流空。增强扫描病变实性部分可见不均匀中度或明显强化。结论 中青年人发病,位于侧脑室透明隔区的肿瘤,诊断应首先考虑中枢神经细胞瘤,CT及MRI表现具有一定的影像学特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze CT and MRI manifestations of central neurocytoma（CNC） in the ventricle,in order to improve the knowledge of this disease.Methods CT and MRI data of 9 cases with central neurocytoma confirmed by surgical histopathology were analyzed retrospectively,which included lesions locations,shapes and imaging signs.Results 9 cases were all located in the lateral ventricles of septum pellucidum,which closed to the Monro’ s foramen.Of 9 cases,five were located in the left lateral ventricle,four in the right lateral ventricle.Seven tumores mainly consisted of solid components,accompanied by varying degrees of cysts and calcification,and the other two tumores presented solid-cyst combination.All lesions appeared irregular configuration but clear boundary.Meanwhile,lesions demonstrated different manifestations:isodensity or slight hyperdensity on CT,inhomogeneous isointensity or slight hypointensity on T₁ WI,inhomogeneous slight hyperintensity on T₂ WI,isointensity or slight hyperintensity on DWI and the commonly-observed signal voids of the vessel in tumor.In addition,heterogeneously moderate or marked enhancement were observed with enhanced CT scanning on the solid parts of the lesions.Conclusion CNC should be prior considered for young people if a tumor is located in the lateral ventricles of septum pellucidum.CT and MRI manifestations of CNC in the lateral ventricles have some characteristic imaging signs.更多还原
