【摘要】 目的 探讨脉络丛乳头状瘤的MRI和CT表现,以提高对其影像学诊断的认识。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的脉络丛乳头状瘤18例。全部病例均行MR及CT扫描。结果 18例中,第四脑室12例,侧脑室4例,桥小脑角区2例,肿瘤边缘凹凸不平,肿瘤内部呈颗粒状,邻近脑室扩张。CT平扫呈等密度10例,稍高密度8例;MRI扫描T₁WI等信号7例,低信号11例,T₂WI呈高信号,8例增强扫描均明显强化。结论 脉络丛乳头状瘤具有较特征性影像表现,能较好地显示肿瘤的内部结构、明确肿瘤范围,有助于该病的鉴别诊断、指导制订治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the MRI and CT features of choroid plexus papilloma,in order to improve the understanding of its imaging findings.Methods 18 cases of choroid plexus papillomas proved by pathology and surgery were retrospectively analyzed.CT and MRI scans were performed in all cases.Results Among the 18 cases,12 cases were identified in the fourth ventricle,and 4cases in the lateral ventricle,2 cases in the cerebellopontine angle,tumours showed irregular in edges,granular in internal,adjacent ventricular expansion.On CT scan,isodensity was revealed in 10 cases,slightly high density in 8 cases.On MRI scan,7 cases were isointensive and 11 cases were hypointensive signals on T₁WI,hyperintensive signals on T₂WI.The tumors exhibited obvious enhancement on contrast-enhanced MRI in 8 cases.Conclusion Choroid plexus papilloma show characteristic manifestations on CT and MRI.It can show the intra-tumor structures and the extent of the tumor very well,which is helpful in differential diagnosis and guiding treatment plan.更多还原
