【摘要】 目的 观察急性腹部假性动脉瘤(VAPA)的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)影像学表现及其诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析DSA证实并行介入治疗的40例VAPA患者的MSCT扫描资料,分析VAPA的病因及MSCT影像学特点。结果 40例中32例行增强CT扫描,明确VAPA诊断28例,诊断阳性率为87.5%;8例行CTA扫描,诊断率为100%。瘤体最大径线范围约0.4～9.6 cm。4例未提示VAPA诊断者,可在原增强MSCT图像上找到VAPA影像学征象,瘤体最大径线范围约0.2～1.0 cm,平均0.6 cm。结论急诊行增强MSCT和CTA对腹部假性动脉瘤的诊断具有重要意义,有助于指导临床制订合理的手术和介入治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the imaging appearances of acute abdominal visceral artery pseudoaneurysm(VAPA) and the clinical values of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) in the diagnosis of this disease.Methods MSCT images of acute VAPA in 40 patients proved by DSA were analyzed retrospectively.The causes and the imaging characteristics of VAPA were also probed.Results In 32 patients underwent contrast-enhanced CT,28 were diagnosed with VAPA,with a positive diagnosis rate was 87.5%.And the VAPA was confirmed in other 8 patients by CTA with the positive diagnosis rate was 100%.The maximum sizes of the pseudoaneurysms ranged from 0.4 cm to 9.6 cm.In 4 patients without positive diagnosis,the VAPA could be found by reviewing the original MSCT images,and their maximum diameters ranged from 0.2 cm to 1.0 cm.Conclusion Contrast-enhanced MSCT and CTA play an important role in diagnosis of VAPA,which may help to make reasonable treatment plans for surgery and intervention.更多还原
